- Via 1-85 North: Take the ramp on the left towards Burlington/Durham
- Merge onto NC-147 S. (exit 172)
- Take Swift Ave. exit (exit number 14) towards Duke Univer East Campus
- Turn LEFT onto Swift Ave.
- Turn RIGHT onto Main Street
- Turn LEFT onto Buchanan Blvd. (the entrance to East Campus is at the traffic lights at Trinity Avenue)
- Parking is in the rear of the building
From Richmond and Points North
- Via I-85 South: In Durham
- Take the US-460 W/Durham Atlanta exit (exit 51)
- Take Duke St./Gregson St exit (exit number 176B)
- Turn LEFT onto Duke St - Stay in the far right lane
- Duke St will turn into Gregson St.
- As you are coming to the second traffic light, for right
- Merge onto Club Blvd.
- Turn LEFT onto Broad St.
- Broad St becomes Swift Ave.
- Turn LEFT onto Main Street

- Via I-40 West: Stay in one of the two far right lanes
- Take exit number 279B(Durham/Downtown)
- This should allow you to merge onto NC-147N (Durham Freeway)
- Take the Swift Ave. exit (exit number 14) towards Duke Univ. East Campus
- Turn RIGHT onto Swift Ave.

- Via US. 15-501 North.
- Take 15-501 North to exit 105A towards I-85/Durham/Downtown/Duke Univ/Med
